This module holds the class for encapsulating the rules for "Reserved" tags.
The rules come from src/data/json/reservedTags.json, a verbatim copy of the reserved_tags.json that the HED
specification publishes (section 3.2.8, fields defined in Appendix A.6). Every row applies in every standard
schema version >= 8.0.0, so no check here takes a version.
