Implicit and Statistical Learning¶
Scope: Acquisition of structure without explicit instruction: implicit memory, procedural memory. Paradigm-level coverage includes artificial grammar learning, serial reaction time, statistical word-segmentation, perceptual category learning — these live in task_details.json, not as separate process rows.
Out of scope: Reinforcement-driven associative learning (Associative Learning and Reinforcement).
Note
Open issues: The category is intentionally lean at the process level because most of the work happens at the task level. If sequence-structure learning becomes distinct enough to need its own process row, it should live here.
