Open issues: Singleton row. Overlaps with Perceptual Awareness on confidence and with Value-Based Decision-Making on accumulation-model machinery — but the evidence source (perceptual vs. value) is the category boundary. If the Catalog ever adds distinct rows for decision boundary, drift rate, confidence formation, and speed-accuracy tradeoff as processes (rather than task-level parameters), they belong here.
